Just a short note to thank you for the recent, trouble-free installation of our alarm system. There are a couple of noteworthy items that I'd like to particularly mention:

• Your patience and the time taken in explaining the alternatives to us before our decision to install an alarm
  
• The superb workmanship of you and Arthur during installation. We particularly requested that wires and connectors should be kept out of sight and you fulfilled this perfectly
  
• Your return to complete "phase 2" of the installation - our decision later to have sensor activated lights controlled by the system
  
• Your professionalism, courtesy, timeliness and top quality communication
  
• And lastly (but importantly) that the system is of high quality, effective, simple, and works perfectly. We have had no false alarms to date!
